Mornings alternate between Mat Pilates Sculpt and Power Yoga. Evenings close with gentle Vinyasa Flow. The playlists are part of the practice. High vibe, from the heart.
Las Rosadas, a private sanctuary of beaches and nature on Mexico’s Costalegre coast. Each ocean-view casita has en-suite rooms with king beds, indoor and outdoor living space, a kitchen, and an infinity pool. Steps away: the beach, an on-site restaurant serving fresh food, a lounge & fire pit, and an oceanfront yoga palapa where you practice to the sound of ocean waves greeting the shoreline.

Fly into Puerto Vallarta or Manzanillo. Group transfers can be arranged for an additional cost, or rent a car and drive. There’s also a six-seater flight from Puerto Vallarta to an airstrip five minutes away.
